Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games developed and published by ZCV202 We on the Google Play Store, including but not limited to the following applications:

  • Animal Town
  • AnimalTown3D puzzle
  • Memory room

This single Privacy Policy is intended to cover all current and future games published by zX04FD, so that users can refer to one consistent document regardless of which of our apps they use. By downloading, installing, or using any of our games (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

All of our Apps are rated for a general audience (PEGI 3) and are designed to be suitable for players of all ages, including children, subject to the additional protections described in Section 4 ("Children's Privacy") below.

2. Information We Collect

We do not require users to create an account to play our games, and we do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number through the Apps. However, in the course of operating and monetizing the Apps, certain technical and usage information is collected, either by us or by the third-party services described in Section 3. This includes:

Device Information

We (and our third-party service providers) may automatically collect certain information about the device you use to play our games, including but not limited to device identifiers (such as Android ID or device model identifiers), operating system version, device manufacturer and model, screen resolution, and general hardware/software configuration. This information is used to ensure the Apps function correctly across different devices and to support the services described below.

Advertising Identifiers

Our Apps display advertisements through Google AdMob. To do so, AdMob and its partners may collect and use advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), IP address, and related technical data to serve and measure the performance of ads, including potentially personalized ads, subject to your device-level ad settings and consent choices. See Section 3 for more detail.

Gameplay and Usage Data

We may collect non-personal gameplay and usage data, such as levels completed, in-game progress, session length, feature usage, crash reports, and general app performance metrics. This data helps us understand how our games are used so that we can fix bugs, balance gameplay, and improve the overall player experience. This information is generally aggregated or tied to a device/installation identifier rather than to you as an individual.

Purchase Information

If our Apps offer in-app purchases, these transactions are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other sensitive financial information. We may receive limited, non-financial transaction data from Google Play Billing (such as confirmation that a purchase was completed and which in-app item was purchased) in order to unlock the corresponding content within the Apps.

In summary: we do not directly collect your name, email address, or phone number. Any information collected is technical or behavioral in nature and is primarily gathered by the third-party services described below, operating under their own respective privacy policies.

3. Third-Party Services

Our Apps rely on the following third-party services to function, display advertising, and process purchases. Each of these third parties may independently collect, use, and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display in-app advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and interaction with ads in order to serve ads (including personalized ads, where permitted by your consent and applicable law) and measure their effectiveness. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy .

Google Play Billing

In-app purchases within our Apps are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Google Play Billing handles all payment information and transaction processing on our behalf; we do not have access to your full payment details. Google's handling of this data is likewise governed by Google's Privacy Policy, linked above.

Other Google Play Services

Our Apps may also make use of standard Google Play services (such as Google Play Games Services or Google Play Console crash/analytics reporting) to support core functionality, stability, and performance monitoring. These services are likewise subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not control the data collection practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies to understand how they collect and use information. Where required by applicable law or Google Play policy, our Apps will present a consent mechanism (such as a consent management platform / "CMP") allowing you to manage your advertising and data collection preferences.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are rated PEGI 3 and are intended to be suitable for a general audience, including children. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the requirements of the Google Play Families Policy and, to the extent applicable, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, or phone number) from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Our Apps do not include features that directly solicit such information from users, including children.

Where our Apps are directed at or likely to be accessed by children, we intend for any advertising served through Google AdMob to be configured and treated in a manner consistent with child-directed treatment, which may limit the collection of advertising identifiers and restrict the use of personalized advertising, in accordance with Google's Families policies.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our records as soon as practicable. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 6 so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain the limited technical and advertising/analytics identifiers described in this policy only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above (such as displaying ads, measuring app performance, and maintaining app functionality), or as required by applicable law, after which such data is deleted or anonymized where feasible.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect the information associated with our Apps from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Data processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play Billing is additionally subject to those providers' own security and retention practices.

6. User Rights / Contact

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding the information collected in connection with our Apps, including the right to request information about the data collected, request its deletion, or object to certain processing carried out by our third-party service providers. Because most data is collected and processed by Google (via AdMob and Google Play Billing) rather than directly by us, many such requests (for example, resetting your advertising identifier or managing ad personalization) can be managed directly through your device's Google account and privacy settings.

For any privacy-related questions, concerns, or requests regarding our Apps, you may contact us directly at:

Email: noawr45f@gmail.com

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to legitimate privacy inquiries in a timely manner.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, new features, legal requirements, or the third-party services we use. Any changes will be posted on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our Apps. Continued use of any of our Apps after changes to this policy are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
